This intentional movement class offers a unique way for you to connect with your own feminine power and self-compassion while also giving yourself a workout.

This Winter season we will focus on cultivating power in our legs and core, playfulness in our hips and freedom in our breath!

You will be invited to move in new ways as well as honor your inner guidance when it tells you to do something different.

You might feel sore to the core - or just a little.

A note on feelings:

Have you noticed how movement has the power of connecting you with feelings - especially the ones that want to come out?

The way we feel is such a big part of being human and woman, and therefore feelings are especially welcomed in this class! My intention is to provide safe space for you to let any feelings move through you. You can bring your beautiful shit and dance it out; You can cry and laugh out loud!

Where does it come from?

I was very young when I discovered the potential for growth and liberation that comes from combining movement and presence practices with safe relational space.

This offering is the distilled version of my 30 years of exploring this in my own journey and as a facilitator, therapist and mentor.

This is a unique kind of offering where the concept of a movement class meets with the concept of a women's circle. Plus something else that I don't quite have a name for.

It's a place to be yourself more. In movement. In embodied presence. In relationship.

Within a continuous structure of movement and presence cultivation, we will explore different themes over time.
