Hello!Â
Â
My view is that our quality of life is determined by the quality of our relationships. We’ve all learned a certain way of “doing” relationships, and for most of us, that way doesn’t leave room for us to be fully ourselves. The good news is that we can change that at any point in life.

Â
I’m a psychomotor physiotherapist with a lot of extras—such as Zen Coaching, NVC, and Tibetan tantra practice, to name a few. I’m also a mother, a partner, a fermentation enthusiast, and a relationships nerd.
I love so many things! Plants, chocolate, singing, dancing, doing cartwheels, and dressing up, for example :-) My dream is to one day grow my own food.
My work is about supporting women to live in harmony with their inner truth—in their relationship with themselves, with their children, and with their partner.
I want to help you build the bridge between what you deeply feel on the inside and what you express on the outside, so you can relax, play, and enjoy more!
My story
Â
I’ve been studying the dynamics between people my whole life. It began when I noticed the gap between how the adults around me felt on the inside and what they showed on the outside—they wore masks that stood in the way of connection and drained them of life force.
I grew up in a big house in the middle of the woods with my mom and dad. My parents loved each other deeply, but they had conflicts they couldn’t resolve. They taught me a lot about what can be lost when we don’t have enough support—inside and outside of ourselves—to be honest about what we're feeling and needing when things are challenging.
My parents are not unique. This comes from our culture. We are all social products of this world, and to some degree we all live with a distance between how we feel inside and how we relate to others and to life.
The more we can be ourselves, the more integrity we carry—and the more intimacy we can experience with others. It starts with those closest to us. As you can see, I am deeply passionate about this!
If you’re ready to reclaim more of your authentic self and cultivate deeper connection in your relationships, I’m here to support you. I’ve created my mentorship program and courses with you in mind.
My background
I am a licensed Norwegian Psychomotor Physiotherapist (NPMF), mentor, and course facilitator. Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to finding ways that create deeper connection in relationships and greater freedom to be ourselves. I’ve experimented a lot and woven together elements from many different modalities—depending on what proved truly effective. My own personal journey of maturing and healing has always been a source of inspiration and competence in my work with others.
I have worked with issues related to women’s health and intimate relationships since 2010, supporting individuals and couples in private practice. After a period of burnout in 2018, I expanded my skillset with training in coaching and consent, and since then I’ve been working as a mentor and course leader. Becoming a mother in 2021 deepened my passion for integrating my practices into family life in ways that nourish both me and my children.
Today, my focus is on supporting women’s freedom and wellbeing—both in their sexuality and in their role as mothers.
The approach I use today has grown out of everything I’ve learned and practiced, both personally and professionally. It consists of three pillars: Inner Compass Work, the Inner Loving Dialogue, and Sexual Self-Healing.
These are my main sources of inspiration:
